Why eAcademy exists
For more than a decade, we've sat across the table from people at turning points — the moment before a decision, when someone is weighing not just an offer, but what saying yes would actually mean for their life.
Again and again, we noticed the same thing. The professionals who felt most at peace with their work weren't necessarily the ones with the highest salary or the most impressive title.
